We are currently in early access/beta phase. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to the financial data you upload. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the service.

You may not: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service; (d) use automated systems to access the service without permission; (e) resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

AI-generated explanations are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all explanations before sharing them with clients.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on the explanations generated by our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explain My Numbers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Explain My Numbers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to your uploaded data. We claim no ownership over your financial information.

You own the explanations generated for your data and may use them freely in your business.

We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
